Web Ops - User Agreement

User Services AT Web Sites: User Agreement AT web sites should have a carefully worded user agreement that specifies the terms and conditions for use of the site. This agreement should be based on policies and should be reviewed by an attorney before posting. One attached example is from the Assistive Technology Exchange in New England/ Connecticut. Notice that it incorporates language disclaiming warranties and liabilities. NOTE: User agreements and disclaimers are often combined into a single document.
